We get some of the best support available on Microsoft products when something weird and wonderful happens, we get access to all the new products and services a little earlier than non-Gold Certified Partners and we also use their system as a method for collating some customer satisfaction data.

Internally we use software such as Exchange, CRM, Outlook, Office and many others for webhosting and SQL. If we are selling a service to customers then we like to use it internally to make sure we have a full rounded picture of how it works and any potential issues / challenges that may arise from it. We really do practise what we preach!
